Green chillies - 250 gm Curd - 150 ml Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp Salt - As reqd Lemon juice - 3 tbs Directions: 1)Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice to the curd and mix well. 2)Marinate for one day or slightly more. 3)Remove them from the batter and sun dry until totally dry and crisp. 4)Store in air tight bottle. 5)As and when required, deep fry in oil and serve hot. PLEASE EAT WITH CAUTION....MAY BE EXTREMELY HOT! |
